This site is dedicated to the memory of Richard Blackburn.
I have set up this fund in memory of my stepfather Richard who passed away suddenly on the 1st february 2012. Richard loved being out on his boat and was full of praise for RNLI who came to his aid on more than one occasion when he ran into trouble at sea.
